This packet contains all necessary information needed by Brokers or Shippers to set up our company as a qualified carrier. If additional information that is desired please contact your Fleetmaster sales representative directly.
After all information has been exchanged and terms agreed upon, we will contact our insurers to issue certificates of insurance in your name. Only authorized Fleetmaster personnel can make these requests. We will need your full mailing address, contact name, and fax number for immediate delivery.
